You give me butterflies

Morning! I'm super sleepy, not ready for school, for the cold and gym. It was rumoured to be snowing today but the weather forecast doesn't agree, so I guess not! I want to lose some weight (I gained 4 -5 kg during the summer), and I'm trying to eat healthier, and I'm also trying to do sit ups every night and morning, starting from yesterday. Last night I did 13 sit ups before getting into huge pain, and this morning I did 17, before getting into huge pain, haha. I don't really know how to do it properly, I think.

  3. It hurts when you do it right , so i guess that you are doing it properly :) of maybe because your not getting ''heated'' enough before doind puss ups? or what every you do ! :P

  4. anon - yeah i've heard of that! but the thing is, i'm not flexible enough to go up all the way so my sit ups are more like half sit ups, and i think that counts as wrong, right? but amalie told me another sit up way which i can do a bit better :DD
