MISSGUIDED BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND WISHLIST

During these last few days, I have fallen head over heels in love with the Missguided summer items. One of my favorite swedish bloggers once said that Missguided is like Nastygal, but with a fraction of the price, and I couldn't agree more. As a university student, the low prices are exceptionally appealing! The items are quirky and all add something special to your look - I am especially loving the co-ords and the tropical prints (feeling like a typical blogger now, oops). I picked out a few of my favorite items (try 16...) and a few of these have just arrived to my wardrobe. Any guesses? After creating the collages and reflecting carefully (*ehm*), I might need to add a few extra items to my collection. All pictures are clickable and lead you to the product, by the way!

I spend a lot of time exploring online stores, not just to see what is new and what I could potentially order, but also obviously because I study retail at University and hope to get into e-commerce, so this is all in the name of research. Excuses, excuses..right? But there is some truth in that, I promise! :) Anyway, I'm happy to do more collages like this if that is something you guys might be interested in. Let me know! ♥

TOPSHOP X REWARDSTYLE PARTY

A couple of weeks ago I attended the Topshop x RewardStyle party at the RewardStyle offices in London. It was a fun night consisting of sushi, amazing coctails and the S/S14 Topshop collection. Thanks to RewardStyle and Topshop for having us and throwing such a good party! Also check me out on the Topshop blog here
A lot of tropic prints were featured in the collection and I can definitely feel myself growing onto this trend.
My favorite item were these printed heels as they just seem absolutely sturdy and have the fortunate combination of a platform and chunky heel. I could not contain my excitement when I found them in the New In section!

TOPSHOP X REWARDSTYLE PARTY OUTFIT

Photos by Amy

Last Thursday I had a pretty busy evening in London with lots of press days and this is what I wore. The night culminated at the RewardStyle offices, where Topshop were showcasing their new pieces. More about that another time!

I decided to dress up a little bit more than I usually would for blogger events, so I wore my new embellished top from VLABEL LONDON. I also received the skirt from them, can't wait to wear it all together! It is the new sister brand of Virgos Lounge, which is another absolutely amazing online store! You might have noticed that lately I'm not too much into mini skirts or anything that makes me feel too naked, so naturally I paired this top with my Motel Rocks midi skirt. These New Look heels have been standing in my room for a few too many months so I finally decided to wear them out. They're currently out of stock on the website, but there are a lot of similar pairs available.

If you haven't already voted, it would mean the world to me if you nominated me at the Cosmo Blog Awards >> here << for the Best Established Fashion Blog category! It would be a dream to be shortlisted again ♥

PS. Apologies for the photo quality - I can never really figure out how to fix the settings properly in an evening light.

H&M STUDIO AW14 PREVIEW IN LUXEMBOURG

What a delight it was when an e-mail from H&M popped into my inbox inviting me to their press preview in Luxembourg! After my previous super fun experiences with H&M Latvia and H&M United Kingdom, I was eager to see how things are done in Luxembourg. The press day was a very low key event hosted at the Hotel Place d'Armes. A lovely studio apartment and all its furniture were used as props for the showcasing of the collection. Above are some pieces that stood out to me; the navy and black coat in particular. Such an amazing color combination and the fake fur collar sold me instantly. Quite a few items also featured embellishments which is something that I've always been a fan of - I really appreciate clothing items that look somewhat special.

Unfortunately I struggled getting the lighting right on my camera, otherwise I would have a lot more photos, because everything I saw was stunning! I also had a lovely chat with the ladies who work in the H&M offices, which was very insightful as I learned a lot about their experience of working in fashion, and we also shared some potential ideas regarding bloggers in Luxembourg.

PS. The collection will be out on the 4th of September and I already know a few pieces that I'm getting!

MINT AND GOLD CO-ORD

Luxembourg fashion blogger Luxembourg fashion blog Kristiana Vasarina H&M Blogger Co-ord Zara necklace blogger
Apologies for the silence here recently, but as soon as I came back to the UK, literally 20 minutes later I already left the house to go to the library to finish the last piece of coursework for this year. Finally, I have had some time to upload my latest look featuring this lovely H&M co-ord! When I went to the H&M press day, I was given a gift card and this is what I used it on. I do feel very out of my comfort zone in this outfit as it is incredibly girly and I am generally not a big fan of outfits that are too girly, but I really liked this combination. I also wore this skirt last night when I went out, as you can see on my Instagram, and it was the comfiest thing ever, because I did not only not have to worry about looking inappropriate, but it also kept me warm, haha. This co-ord is definitely my favorite thing in the wardrobe right now, just because it is so versatile and pretty. Unless you have been living under a rock, you will probably have noticed that co-ords are the bomb recently. I found so many that I liked on here on ASOS (surprise), but, realistically, I might have to sell half of my wardrobe on depop before buying something new.

On a different note, it is that time of the year when Cosmo Blog Awards are open for nominations. Last year, when I received the e-mail about being shortlisted I could not believe my eyes, and to this day it is one of my proudest achievements. Blogging is my main past time and it is a part of my identity, so it felt SO indescribably amazing to be recognized for my efforts. I know I already asked you to vote for me in Company blog awards recently, but I would appreciate so much if you could vote for me again in the Cosmo Blog Awards ♥ All you need to do is > click here < and nominate my blog. I am hoping to get shortlisted in the Best Established Fashion Blog category. It would literally be a dream come true if I was to be shortlisted again!

SHOPPING TIP: 20% OFF NELLY

Heyhey! I'm very busy packing and working on University project today but I thought I would show you something that caught my eye this morning. One of my favorite online stores, Nelly, are giving you a 20% discount off your order if you buy 3 items from the selected brands: Notion 1.3, NLY Trend, Jeane Blush and NLY Accessories. After selecting your 3 items (note: sale items are not included in the deal!) you need to enter the code FABFASHION at the checkout. Cool, huh?

Above are some of my favorite items, and each picture will lead you to the product page. I also really love this off-shoulder blouse and this faux leather biker jacket. Of course I ordered a few of the items myself, can't wait to show you!

PS. The offer ends on 7th May, so hurry!!!

MIDI MAC COAT & NEUTRAL COLORS

Luxembourg fashion blogger Luxembourg Fashion Blog Long trench coat Fashion blogger trench coat Zara necklace blogger Kristiana Vasarina Vagabond grace boots
It's definitely that awkward time of the year when it's too warm for a proper coat but still too chilly to go outside without any outerwear. I decided to get this midi mac coat which is the perfect solution for this because the material is light and loose. I also figured that the long length will be great when I want to have bare legs but the weather isn't too warm.

Some of you might be glad to see that I have finally switched my beloved Zara green statement necklace for a different Zara necklace, haha. This one looks amazing, but to be honest I wouldn't actually recommend buying it. I love the look of it so I do wear it, but it can be a hassle with this necklace as my hair tends to get stuck in it and some of the wires in the necklace turn around in the wrong way.

You can also see my new awesome Vagabond Nubuck Grace boots! They are almost the same as my old ones, just a tiny bit different. They really are the comfiest boots that I have ever had, so I was not surprised when I went for practically the same pair when the first ones got old.

I wore this to the H&M Studio AW14 preview in Luxembourg city yesterday, which was a very lovely event. I got to meet the ladies in the team and we came up with lots of ideas for the Luxembourg bloggers! It was also great to see how H&M works in yet another country - now I have already established connections with H&M Latvia and H&M United Kingdom, so it really is interesting for me to see.
